• Nature of Service: Twacha operates as a digital facilitation platform that connects users with registered professionals based in Delhi for online consultations. These services are intended for general guidance and are not a substitute for emergency or in-person care.
• User Consent: By booking a consultation, the user provides implied consent for the professional to review shared information and images submitted during the consultation process.
• Service Limitations: The user understands that an in-person evaluation is not possible through digital consultation. The professional may recommend an offline visit if the concern is not suitable for online assessment.

• Image Submission: Users may be required to upload clear and recent images to support accurate evaluation.
• Data Privacy: All user information and uploaded content are securely stored using encrypted systems in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws. Information is used only for consultation and fulfilment purposes and is not shared with external parties beyond this scope.

Electronic Records: Any digital recommendations or care instructions generated through Twacha are provided in electronic format and are valid as per applicable Indian regulations.

Product Categories:

• • Professional-Guided Products: Items that may be suggested following an online consultation.

Twacha does not facilitate recommendations for restricted or regulated substances through its platform.

• Delivery Charges: “Free Delivery” refers only to shipping and handling costs. Product prices are payable by the user unless included in a promotional bundle.
• Fulfilment Conditions: Certain products may only be dispatched following an online consultation on the Twacha platform.
• Packaging Assurance: Products are packed following quality standards. If a package is received damaged or tampered with in remote locations, the issue must be reported within 24 hours for replacement consideration.
• Delivery Timelines: Delivery timelines depend on courier availability (India Post or private partners). Estimated delivery duration is typically 5-10 business days.

• Consultation Fees: A full refund is applicable if the professional cancels or does not join within 20 minutes of the scheduled time. No refunds are provided for missed appointments by the user.
• Products: Once a product has been dispatched from the Delhi fulfilment center, returns or refunds are not permitted unless damage occurs during transit.

Twacha functions solely as a facilitation platform. While we verify the credentials of professionals onboarded, Twacha does not guarantee outcomes resulting from consultations or product usage. Users are advised to follow all usage instructions provided during consultation.
